I went solo this week on The Courageous Podcast.
I don’t do that often.
It’s only the second time I’ve taken all the air on the podcast for an unaccompanied drive.
So why’d I do it?
I had something to say.
It’s not that I don’t have something to add when I’m in my usual role as “host”.
But I understand the assignments differ depending on whether I’m:
• keynoting
• consulting
• coaching
• hosting
Keynote Objective:
Showcase why choosing courage is a competitive advantage and a necessity for navigating change.
Consulting Objective:
Fight fear, create clarity, and build belief. Turn it into meaningful action.
Coaching Objective:
Help executives get as clear about themselves as the businesses they lead.
TCP Host Objective:
Have the discipline to put guests in the best position to share their truth.
Why did I have to break form this week on the podcast?
It’s a quick 15-minutes episode, so take a listen when you can.
I also share something called BOSS.
BOSS presently sits as the wallpaper on my phone.
BOSS = Bet on Self, Silly
If useful, put it somewhere you can see it regularly.
Go be the BOSS you are.
