A lot of you have asked when my book “Return on Courage” will be released. It is now confirmed to be available on Amazon on January 15th, 2019. I adore that we’re releasing it in the first month of the year as I consider that the ideal place to unlock your “new year, new courage” strategy.
The book was written more like a documentary as I didn’t have most of the answers I was seeking. I devoted 1000 days to interviewing some of the most courageous people on the planet including Astronauts, Navy SEALs, Tornado Chasers and bullish business leaders from Apple, Amazon, Dominos, Google and Method.

In business, the companies that win are courageous. The ones who aren’t get passed — or worse, die. 52% of the Fortune 500 since 2000 are now extinct. 9000 brands will revolve on and off the Fortune 500 over the next six decades. Yet, there’s a lack of urgency across most organizations to address these callous realities.
“Return on Courage” shares how any business, being or brand can push through internal paralysis, liberate from their competition and earn a serious ‘ROI via ROC’.
